In the currency manager with vBCredits II Deluxe, click to create a new one. At the top should be a dropdown which detected the presence of vbexp. Select it, and it will fill in the tech details for integration for you, so just submit the form. Now you can select that currency when filling out your other events in vbc2d.

You are missing a required field

Sounds like you didn't install the vBulletin actionset that came with it Otherwise there are no actions defined by default. Refer back to the install instructions and check back if you can't find it.
