My navigation is screwed up and I can't figure out how to make it look good.

I want the whole search area to be fixed and moved down, I want the area right under the logo to be brought up to be flush with the bottom of the graphic, and I want the home/forum/blog buttons to be moved down a little so it looks better.

If anyone can help me with any of this I would be very happy and it will be greatly appreciated.
