Hi Bradley i got this resolved at vbulletin.com,

What do you have entered in for your cookie domain under Settings -> Options -> Cookie and HTTP Header Options?

Cookie rules, enforced by the browser, do not allow sharing cookies between .com and .co.uk. I suggest leaving the cookie domain blank and it should allow users to login at the .co.uk domain.

If you still have problems, set the URL of your site under Settings -> Options -> Sitename / URL / Contact Details to point to the .co.uk domain name.
