you can edit "additionsl.css" template, and remove this code:

/* Move up post buttons */

.postbit .postbody, .postbitlegacy .postbody, .eventbit .eventbody {
  padding-bottom: 20px !important;
}
.postbit .postfoot, .postbitlegacy .postfoot, .eventbit .eventfoot {
  margin-top: -30px !important;
}

But postbit will have another look, and you should fix it each time you install new version of this skin.
You'd better contact mod author to report styles missuse. Other skins don't move post buttons. So you didn't noticed the problem.
