Anyway does is still marked for working in version 4.0.1 it have not
been updated for later version.. And if you havent had it preinstalled
before upgradeing to 4.0.7 then it wont work.

problem is vb changed the block type structure in the database dureing one
of the upgrades.. which causes it not to match anymore..

there is a "manual way to fix this issue"
but its a database edit...

instructions (using phpmyadmin):

Find the table .Blocktype look for HTML or PHP row..

make a note of the number in blocktype

Then goto the table .block and find the row with latest files for downloads II

click the edit sign, change the number to the one that matches your database.
click save, and it should work.
