vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Guest Viewing of Attachment Thumbnails?

I'm trying to let guests view thumbnails of attached images in my forum but not be able to see full sized attachment images or download attachments.

I go to Usergroups --> Usergroup Manager --> Unregistered / Not Logged In and I check yes for "Can View Thumbnails" and I check no for "Can Download Attachments" but it doesn't work. Guests get only links to the images which tell them to register.

Is this something I can do or not?
