I Have issue with view the attachments as a gif or JPG files,, on the thread

When i wana post new thread and i want to upload new pictuer by attachment

the users who use explorer7 not able to see the picture. It showing as X

Also when i click on the link of this pic its give me this error

If they use Firefox or Google browser its working fine.

Also when i click on the link of this pic its give me "Save As" Windows

Note: The attachments store on the file system ..

Any idea ?
