I'm not sure what I'm missing, but I don't seem to be able to find out where to enable by usergroup, the ability to be able to leave comments for an existing article in my vbCMS system.

In vbCMS permissions I can see where one sets permissions for the usergroups to create content, but I just want to permit specific usergroups to leave comments only, not be able to create original articles.

Anyone able to help me out?

Edit: for clarity .. I'm not talking about the vbCMS Forum, but rather the actual articles section. I'm using v4.04pl1 ..
