Create Usernote: $vboptions[bburl]/usernote.php?do=newnote&u=$bbuserinfo[userid]

Works right for rapidly add information on users from the contact form.

I'm keen on user notes, though they are not attached to messages (link/quote) and no viewable through postbit.

Pity of no logging capabilities and some litle extra functionality.
