This would be a semi-moderated forum

Besides, moderators would know when a topic has been already checked and aproved.

At present (if the messages are without moderation), some messages are checked by several moderators and other messages are checked by no one.

And.. if they have to be aproved to show them, then forums get slow and lose dynamic, due to the fact that in many occasions it takes them hours to be accepted.
