Default header navbar
hi i want to install a nav bar like on this forum in the red circle



ive looked all over and download a few mods to do it but i have still no idea on how to it all this vb stuff is very new to me so please be kind

could someone shed some light on this some as said it for vb3 but can it be reworked for vb4
