Did this ever get solved?

I'd like to use this mod for a major fund raising drive for a charity purpose, but want to make sure it's stable and functioning correctly before I install it and kick off a campaign.

ps: Is there a better PayPal (or even adding Credit Cards) option (even commercial) out there that provides this kind of function and feature?
