Wants me to login; so I can't check exactly but my advice would be to just figure out what the dynamic part is (somewhere there will be a userid variable of some form to identify the user who's data to return) and have it as a custom bbcode. Then someone can post [dailymile]<their unique id>[/dailymile] and have it automatically converted anywhere bbcode is enabled.
