I'm trying to make the header and footer fill the width of the screen entirely. The header I have managed to complete fairly easily; however, the footer is proving to be a problem. In the attached image is what I have so far, but I'm hoping to extend the footer to fill the screen properly. I've tinkered with the footer template to the point of frustration and have edited each of the individual percentages, pixel and padding values within the styles manager. Not sure what else to do.

Here's an image showing what I've got and explains a bit what I'm trying to do.

(Don't mind the mess of the footer, it's a work in progress and will be organized properly once the actual footer is as it should be).
