Default Calendar subscriptions
Hi there - I want to be able to either have:

users subscribe to calendars (for their region say)
OR
relate calendars to forums such that if a member has subscribed to a forum, they also see the related calendars

Otheriwse people need to always use the calendar picker which is frustrating.

Thoughts please?
