Default usercss table problems
On one of the sites I'm helping with, we're getting a "Incorrect key file for table 'usercss'; try to repair it"

we are unable to repair, check fix the table. The rest of the site is running without error.

What is stored in this table, and can we just drop it & rebuild if from an empty table?
