there has been a couple of versions that are susceptible to being hacks, like 4.02 i think, if its not some kind of js/redir or an FTP hack. then your hacked. If your running your own server you need to close some ports. I would just make sure annom ftp is locked down and reinstall 4.0.6 over your existing setup. that should fix the files that have been rewritten. also make sure you don't have any allow HTML authorization in levels below admin
