I have a couple issues with this modification on my end:

I do not use the usual vBulletin navbar template so I need to manually add the links to either the UserCP or drop down menus on my site. What are the correct files to link to?

Also, it seems as if this screen is broken on my end:

Also, is there a way to dump any older invitations manually? I have an old one that is stuck in the cue that is over 10 days old from the previous installation (which never worked) and now I can't seem to edit/delete it.

Lastly, I sent myself a test email and got this:

Am I supposed to change something in the admin panel for all the items in [ Brackets ]?
