Thanks for the response, I'm looking for something a little more advanced with usergroup permissions.
I want registered users to be able to view threads by X usergroups (such as a sticky by an admin) in a forum but not threads made by other registered users..

That option would work only in part; no users would be able to see any threads made by anyone else, even admins.
