It's hard to say if your members will actually use it. I still like to be able to tell someone to post in their blog if they don't want a lot of grief. And it gives me a place to post about forum updates.

But lots of people now seem to be overwhelmed by things like Facebook and by the time they're done there they just don't have the energy to write blogs or articles.
