I am new at VBulletin, and apologize if this is answered elsewhere in the thread:


"To add to desired template (example FORUMHOME):
1. Add 'index' to THIS_SCRIPT locations (Product options)
2. Add 'FORUMHOME' to template names (Product options)
3. Open 'FORUMHOME' template and put "{vb:raw vsachatbox}" to desired line (for example after '<!-- /main -->') -> Save"

could someone dumb this down for me? I installed the chat plugin. It is listed in my Vbulletin 4.0.6 Installed Plugins and Products section.

I understand that the instructions above are to somehow tell vBulletin where to display the 'button' to click chat.

I cannot understand that set of instructions no matter how many times I re-read it.

The website is new, and we are working to add content, learn VBulletin and add features, content, forums.
