I have this problem too, I got vb2.2.0 and even b4 I start the little vb online/offline images wouldnt show up. I have turn who's online turned on in admin CP, who's online works but I cant for the life of me work out how to turn online/offline on. I have $onlinestatus in my postbit template, tried this err hack?!?! and dunno what else to try... Please help..
