Can't use File Cache on a Windows Server because ame auto adds "/" to the location.
ie. \Inetpub\vhosts\mysite.com\httpdocs\ame\/ <---notice the / added, and it can't be removed.

Where can I edit that in one of the files to get rid of it?

Also, seems like it doesn't work with 64 bit Internet Explorer 8 either. Videos don't show up.
Works fine in 32 bit IE8 though.
