I can't really tell what you are saying the problem is. It sounds like something with Repair/Optimize? You can always do this through phpMyAdmin, or have a look at this link - 3 ways to repair a database

And perhaps you are saying pages aren't loading? If so, first make sure you uploaded all the new updated files. If you are getting a blank page, then here is a page from the manual about troubleshooting blank or 'white' pages: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/blank_pages
