Having a problem with install...

When uploading images I receive the following errors:

Warning: mkdir() [function.mkdir]: Permission denied in [path]/includes/garage_func_var.php on line 1728

Warning: move_uploaded_file(images/garage/attach/1/garage_vehicle-6-12827686981_full.jpg) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/includes/garage_func_var.php on line 1805

Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to move '/tmp/php35SWSF' to 'images/garage/attach/1/garage_vehicle-6-12827686981_full.jpg' in [path]/includes/garage_func_var.php on line 1805

I have CHMOD'd the attach folder to 777... still I get the same error.

Php Safe mode is OFF

I really like this, I have installed it to a T from the instructions, seems to be functional minus the image uploading. I have messaged you on your site I needed information on purchasing the license once I get it up and going. Thanks a LOT and GREAT WORK ON THIS.
