if it was me i would just create a fluid header where i would split it right before the end of picture. Then another slice at end of words . Then one last with just black and have it in divs to auto adjust.

Other than that if you are wanting it centered like that then just cut another black part and put at front.

are you wanting it centered or how do you want it in the end ? Either method above would just take a little extra coding and should get you the result you want.
