Is it possible to have a secondary image appear over the header_background? Maybe something added to additional.css? I've tried a few things, however my skills are very limited.

I have a small repeating image as the header_background now. I'd simply like to have a secondary image appear on top of that one.

Thanks for any help you can provide. Using vB4 Suite 4.0.6
