Are there any mods that allow me to put a Create New Thread entry box with a pulldown to select the forum to post the new thread to?

In other words, it would have a Thread Title field, a pulldown to choose the forum to post to and then take the person to the editor where he can immediately begin typing in the New Thread?

I'm trying to figure out a quicker way than navigating to the Forum and choosing the New Thread option.
