I need more informations from you all:
- vBulletin Version and Edition
- Installed vBExperience version in Pluginmanager
- Exact date/time AND exact filesize of file \xperience\hooks\member_build_blocks_start.php on server (not in zip....)

This is an old bug from earlier beta versions, I assume the file is outdated on your server.
