He gives this advise as the actions of a user on your Priority Support list could reflect on your license. If for example a user on your list uses his access to run a unlicensed site, distribute vBulletin or modificitions on a warez etc, extremly misbehaves on our forums, etc the license owner might loose his own licensed access.

The purpose of having a license check in order to give only users with a valid lciense access to our resources.

The answers above are general and not aimed at your specific situation or you as an individual.

And yes often the few goodwilling individuals will have restrictions placed on them because of a larger group of people who want to abuse the system.
