Aight, I found back the thread where the fix to this was explained (man, took me two days!) and now the index.php works as well!

Just the include of the news script doesn't work now, but I'm not surprised - it wasn't done yet anyway

Okay, well I'm leaving this thread open in case anyone that takes a look at the index.php one, immediately knows what the problem there is..
