7 - Items purchased should be throwaway

If a member purchases an item, glow, color, etc, the item should be disabled upon refund, or the person should be able to throw it away, disabling its function, if the refund time frame has expired. Basically, things purchased shouldnt be permenant if the purchasing member no longer desires it, and some mechanism should be offered to dispose of it rendering it non-functioning to that member like it wasnt even purchased before.
