Navigate to the Main CSS page of whatever style you're using. Scroll down until you come across the header named 'Category Strips'. There you'll see the options of 'Font Color', 'Font Size', and 'Font Family'.

Change 'Font Size' to 10px and 'Font Family' to: tahoma, verdana, geneva, lucida, 'lucida grande', arial, helvetica, sans-serif, without the semicolon at the end. Save the changes and that should do the job for you.
