Does it happen in the default theme as well?

P.s. Can you also try to delete all the blocks (make first a backup if you have added custom ones), disable it, enable and readd them again and see if it would help? I had a similiar isue when I coded a mod that edited the blocks and after undoing all the changes didn''t fix it, the delete, disable, enable and readding of the blocks fixed it.
