vb.org Archive - View Single Post - How to create a PHP CMS block?

I have done a search over at vbulletin.com and here for a decent tutorial on how to create a php cms block for the cms product. I have found like a year old tutorials on how to create an html block but none of that works for a php one.

Anyone know of a good php tutorial for the cms I may be missing?
