iTrader 2.7.6 released!

I wanted to include all bugfixes into version 2.8.0, but then I decided to release a new bugfix version. This gives me more time for my works on 2.8.0, because I won't have to care about user complaints due to the recent bugs anymore.

[FIX] Add {vb:raw headinclude_bottom} to prevent custom style issues

Note: 2.7.6 is only supported by vBulletin versions from 4.0.5 or higher (maybe 4.0.4 is supported, too - i couldn't test it).
