Viewing the timeslip itself, it's listed as MPH. However on the 'Top Timeslips', it also lists speed as KPH. As far as I can tell the speed should only be listed in MPH.

PS As a side note, the proper abbreviation for Kilometers per Hour is KM/H.
I'll take a look. I'm not doing any more dev on the 3.8.x version but I'm sure I can find the fix for it.
You can change the KPH to KM/H in the phrases. Thanks for letting me know though.
