Well, our average age demographic is well over 55+, so we see a lot of older folks who are on corporate small business LANS. Perhaps it's unique to us, but if you think about it, this mod really is ideally suited to be integrated into vBulletin's "Notice" function under AdminCP as a checkbox option, complete with vBulletin's "dismiss" option ...
