I may assume you'll be using vB 4.x? If so, then here is an add-on that might be useful to hide links (and more) from guests and/or controlled members: clicky. If not, then check this one: clicky.

Setting the time limit in which a user can edit a post is a default vBulletin option (in vB 3.8.x anyway, haven't tested 4.x myself). And as for the first point, I guess the aforementioned VSa modification should work: clicky.
