i put together a jpilot chat integration you may want to use: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...threadid=33093

for the instant messaging... that would require... aw geez... a lot of extra stuff. for the end user's computer to be constantly aware of instant messages while on your forums the vb forums would need to use some sort of applet that keeps in constant contact with the IM server (similar to how the jpilot chat works). i just don't think an IM feature is very plausable.
