is there some mod/hack with who i can count characters/words in post and based on that to count the post

for example
A: user make post with 10character,..his post count wont increase
B: user make post with 100characters,.. his post count will increase

or something like that

i want to reduse spammers,.. who come make xx post see what they want and leave it,.. i want to start making discussions
