I currently have some administrators with limited power to promote users to other user groups. I'd like to be able to restrict what usergroups various admins can add people to.

So say 1 admin can promote to certain groups, while the other admin can promote to other groups, but not the same ones the first admin can.

Is there a good way to go about doing this?
