I think it's something to do with your Style because the "lines" are there. If I drag my mouse and highlight your page, I see all the "lines" selected. As for the other issue of tweaking your forum.php with that code snippet, do it to your forums/index.php file too. Both the forum.php and index.php and see if that makes a difference. Where do you get the notice to make the tweak though? I never got any notices with my arcade that I had to do it, scores just wouldn't submit or I got the token error.
