It would be really cool if we could have the What's New tab of vBulletin pull the downloads that the user has not viewed yet. Not sure how possible that is, but would be awesome for cross-promoting the downloads section in the forums better.

Just a recap on all the feature suggestions I made:

Integrate Downloads into What's New tab
Add Rating Stars into the Downloads list for easy comparison of what's popular.
- Include the ability to turn this off or on
- Also include the ability to add in how many times the file has been rated underneath the stars
Alter the look of sub-categories to appear in a two column (or optional one-column) layout. View Valter's Sub-Forum Manager for an example.
Ability to add images easily via AJAX (without reloading) while posting your download, not after.
Ability to add custom fields to "Add File" form. More flexibility with special requests.
