This looks like a great mod. I've got a question about the permission logic. Are the usergroup permissions based on primary usergroups or secondary usergroups or both? Does one trump the other?

If all my registered users have the same primary usergroup, with only additional permissions applied through secondary groups, can I still control category access by the secondary group?

At first glance on my dev system, the usergroup permissions dont appear to work properly for me. (4.0.5)
