re-tried the install on 4.0.5. Confirmed, still not working. Tried the plugin change as well. Using FF 3.6 and IE 8.0...neither of which have been tested by the author (as per the op).

Uninstalled for good until properly supported. Was a great idea though. My board is a debate board so quoting others is routine. This would have saved a lot of time for my members.
