Well, I finally answered one of my own questions. I found the welcome panel in the beta hacks board (I thought it would have been in the full release section). Now is there any way to add a welcome section to place this in? I would think that if I put all of the code in the Private Messages section (I moved it to the top) it would not appear for guests.

I really don't want to have to upgrade everything and lose all the changes I have made so far. Does anyone have a suggestion they can share with me please?
