Seems to me this is a coding issue, since it loads perfectly every time if the /index.php is included in the url (aka if you click the banner or link back to home), but FREQUENTLY has this issue when you load to / (aka straight from your domain).

As you are also experiencing it with Cyb chatbox don't you rather think it could be a problem on server side ?
