Your right on that, it's messaging.

That Humanclick option you don't see so much around on the net anymore, this was first a free option and a halve to a year ago we need to pay for it.
I still have it on another site of me and the main thing of humanclick is tracking you customer, you can code each and every page and through a life connection you can see where they are on that same moment.
When the customer had a problem they could click on a button and talk life with the owner or websmaster of that site, on the owners/webmasters computer there was an option build in that you could switch to offline/online, so when you was offline and they clicked on that button it will send the message as a private message which can be read when you want.

This instant messaging option was something real cool and lots of my regular customers have used it in the beginning.

Me too, because when I did see a customer jumping from page a to b and back and forth between these two I could just jump in and PM them.

This all was based on little popup windows where you and the customer just could simple type to eachother with nothing fancy around it, just plain simple.

If this will be integrated in a future VB than I know for sure you will make lots of people happy.

And that this option is available to everybody that visit your site, even non-members !
