I've set the permissions in "Groups may view the page" according to "Usage: 5|6|7" ie: 6|9|10|11|12|13|14|19|21|22 (I'm usergroups 6 & 9)
When I look on "my forum address/pages.php" there is no page there. "Your Page List" is empty.
And yes, I have already published my HTML page (Has a green Publish next to the page link). X 100

I was about to uninstall but decided to test usergroup permissions first.

Results:
Test Page (/pages.php?pageid=1) - edited "Groups may view the page"
6 ... I can view.
6|9|10|11|12|13|14|19|21|22 ... I can't view (no permissions).
6|9 ... I can't view (no permissions).
9 ... I can view.
I belong to usergroups 6 & 9
